At Bajio Sunglasses, we want you to see the world clearly and comfortably; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your sunglasses within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags included to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shades

  Securely place the sunglasses in their original hard case and shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
