How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the continental United States. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your shades. If you are not satisfied, you can return your unworn sunglasses in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please note that custom prescription orders are final sale.
Do you offer a warranty on your frames and lenses?
Yes, all Bajio Sunglasses are backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. This covers issues with frame material or workmanship. Please note that lens scratching is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered under warranty.
Can I get Bajio sunglasses with my prescription?
Absolutely. We offer high-performance prescription lenses for most of our frame styles. Simply select the 'Prescription' option on the product page and upload a valid script from your optometrist during the checkout process.
